Apple Pie Handcrafted Soda
When out team first started experimenting with apple flavored sodas, we weren’t sure which direction to go in. Should it be a sour apple? A spiced apple? A fresh and crisp apple? Each option had its own unique flavor profile. However, the first time that we tried blending fresh pressed apple cider, cinnamon, and vanilla bean into a soda, we immediately knew that we had a winner… and our customers continue to agree! Naming this formulation was the easiest part, since it, well, tastes exactly like a fresh slice of homemade apple pie in bubbly beverage form. What else could we call it?
Sparkling Water, Fresh-Pressed Apple Cider, Pure Cane Sugar, Cinnamon, Vanilla Bean
Cinnamon and vanilla combine with fresh-pressed apple cider for the unmistakable flavor of warm apple pie. Add vanilla ice cream for an Apple Pie Soda a la mode float.
Café Cola Handcrafted Soda
It was never in the original plan to make a cola. After all, there are so many colas in the world already (including a few big industry names)… we simply weren’t sure that we had anything to add to the cola conversation. However, Matt’s curiosity eventually got the best of him, and he decided to give it a try. Twenty formulations (and many hours of research, and countless team taste tests) later, he had developed our award winning Cafe Cola. We went seriously old-school with this one – all the way back to old soda fountain pharmacy recipes – in order to develop this particular flavor profile. A touch of locally-roasted espresso rounds out the ingredient lineup.
Sparkling Water, Pure Cane Sugar, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Herbs and Spices, Caramelized Sugar, Espresso, Citric Acid
Orange, lemon, and lime juices combine with cinnamon, vanilla bean, and kola nut for a rich flavor and a smooth finish. Notes of roasted espresso linger on the palate.
Rosemary Lemonade Handcrafted Soda
Over the years, we have developed a number of bright, crisp, and refreshing sodas in our test kitchen. Throughout our experimentation, we have continually searched for that quintessential front-porch-swing-sippin’ soda. Tiffany, a confessed rosemary fiend, suggested that we try bottling our formulation of lemon and lime infused with this aromatic herb. We are so glad that she did, because it became an instant customer favorite. We think of it as a new classic. Light and fresh. Simple, yet sophisticated. Perfect for hot summer days, but delicious any time of year.
Sparkling Water, Pure Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Rosemary Leaf, Lemon Peel, Citric Acid
Lemon and lime juices combine with lemon zest and rosemary for a crisp start and bright, resinous finish. Notice the piney aroma of rosemary as you open a fresh bottle.
Strawberry Jalapeño Handcrafted Soda
One of the initial questions that we asked ourselves when deciding which soda concoctions to attempt was, “Well, what flavors do we really like?” Shawn immediately responded by telling us a story of a time in his youth, when he tried (and enjoyed) a very unique piece of candy from Mexico. I’ll give you three guesses as to what flavor combination that special candy contained, and the first two don’t count. There’s just something about blending juicy strawberries with the green pepper finish of jalapenos that just… works. You definitely don’t want to knock this one ’til you try it.
Sparkling Water, Pure Cane Sugar, Strawberries, Jalapenos, Citric Acid
Red, ripe strawberries combine with the heat and green pepper flavor of jalapenos for a sweet and spicy combination unlike any other.
